FRACTIONAL COO
Fractional COO for Founders Who Are Done Firefighting.
I don't advise. I operate.
I embed in your business, build the systems myself, and create an operational machine that runs without me.
my approach
HOW I WORK
I Build It Myself
I don't hand you a strategy doc. I write the SOPs, set up the systems, manage the vendors, and build the infrastructure directly.
I've Done It With My Own Money
Built Kages Custom Reptile Enclosures from zero to $4M in revenue. No investors. No shortcuts. Then sold it.
I Leave You Self-Sufficient
My goal is to make myself unnecessary. Every system I build is documented, trained, and running without me by day 90.

PROOF OF WORK
What I've actually built.
Kages Custom Reptile Enclosures
Designed every product. Built the first CNC. Self-taught CNC programming. Built supply chain from scratch. Scaled to $4M in revenue organically — no investors, no outside capital. During COVID, bought out competitor materials, acquired rival domain names, and ran redirects to capture their search traffic. Competitors exited.
Ghost Constrictors
Captive-bred ball python e-commerce built full stack from zero. Shopify store architecture, product sourcing, breeding program management, live animal fulfillment logistics, customer lifecycle, and repeat buyer systems. Actively running and growing — not a past project, proof that the operational systems I build are still producing revenue today.
TIDE + TIMBERS
SEO, web design, and digital marketing agency built from zero — no outside capital, no partners. Client acquisition engine, service delivery systems, project management infrastructure, and team structure all built from scratch. $100K in Q1. The same operational systems I build for clients are what Tide + Timbers runs on daily.
Rock Solid Companies
Commercial real estate and deal-making. Acquisition evaluation, deal structuring, and asset management. Proof that the operator skillset isn't industry-specific — the same systems thinking that scaled a manufacturing company and runs two active businesses translates directly to evaluating and operating commercial assets. Operators don't need a different playbook for every industry. They need the same fundamentals applied with discipline.
What problems do you usually help solve?
Supply chain bottlenecks, fulfillment breakdowns, team accountability gaps, missing SOPs, inventory chaos, and founder burnout from doing everything themselves. Operations that worked at $500K but are breaking at $2M.
Do you work with companies in specific industries?
Primary focus is product-based and e-commerce businesses. Deep experience in manufacturing, supply chain, DTC fulfillment, and Shopify operations. If you sell a physical product, I understand your business. The operator skillset also transfers — I've applied the same systems thinking to real estate and service businesses.
How does an engagement typically start?
With a free 30-minute operations audit call. I diagnose the 3 highest-leverage fixes in your business. If there's a fit, we move into either the paid audit ($2,500) or directly into a fractional COO retainer ($5,000–$8,000/month).
Do you work alone or with a team?
I work directly with you — no junior associates, no offshore teams doing the work while I manage. You get me, embedded in your operations, doing the actual work.
How long do engagements typically last?
Minimum 90 days for the fractional COO retainer. Most engagements run 6–12 months. The goal is to build systems that run without me — the engagement ends when your operations are self-sufficient, not when I decide to move on.
