About me
Hi, I'm Zach.
I build operational machines. Then I hand them back to you.
I started my first company in a garage — Hand Built CNC machine, Vcarve, AutoCAD, zero formal training. Kages Custom Reptile Enclosures wasn't supposed to hit over $1M a year. But when you design every product yourself, build your own supply chain, and figure out fulfillment by doing it wrong a hundred times, you learn operations at a level no MBA teaches. I scaled it organically, made aggressive competitive plays during COVID, and sold it. Now I do it for your business.
